Redapt Femoral Stem

Without sacrificing stability

The REDAPT Revision Femoral System has two different types of revision stems. There are two options: one with sleeves and one without, both with a high and regular offset.

Without sacrificing stability

Stability

By independently adjusting the neck angle, height, offset and version, the REDAPT Femoral • The REDAPT is a titanium stem that is 3° tapered and has ROCKTITE distal flutes, that are specifically made for secure diaphyseal fixation, through major and minor splines.

The combination of proprietary ROCKTITE flutes and a 3° taper angle lowers the risk of subsidence. ROCKTITE is a multi-level flute geometry, that is patented and engineered to offer axial and rotational stability.

Adaptability

The REDAPT Sleeved Stem is meant to be adjustable, allowing the surgeon to correct proximal-distal femur mismatch.

Four sizes of REDAPT Sleeves are offered. This offers five choices, that are intended to correct metaphyseal abnormalities and give proximal support and implant stability, when combined with the sleeveless stem.

Reproducibility

A long, straight stem can be put into the anterior-posterior chamfer in order to provide a consistent and reproducible* surgical method, for any stem length. The chamfer is intended to skirt the anterior cortex, much like a bent stem.
