LEGION

The LEGION Revision Knee System has been developed to provide the orthopaedic surgeon with enhanced choices for handling the difficulties involved with revision knee arthroplasty while doing so in a relatively simple manner. The instrumentation has been designed to be a simple-to-use device that will enable the surgeon to get precise, repeatable outcomes while enhancing the simplicity with which a surgeon may regulate bone mass, restore limb alignment, and enhance knee function.

Revision knee arthroplasty essentials include:

  • Return to normal limb alignment
  • Achieving correct prosthetic component positioning restoring balanced medial/lateral and flexion/extension gaps in the knee’s biomechanics.
  • Proper patellofemoral mechanics, a functional range of motion, and increased patient satisfaction are all made possible by achieving these objectives.
  • Rheumatoid arthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, degenerative arthritis, failed osteotomies, Unicompartmental replacements, and total knee arthroplasties are among the conditions for which the Revision Knee System Components are advised. The parts are intended for use in primary and revision surgery when the medial collateral ligament and/or lateral collateral ligament, as well as the posterior cruciate ligament, are missing or ineffective. The Revision Knee Components are designed to be implanted with bone cement and are only meant for one usage.
