Suturefix All-Suture Anchors

An all-suture fixation tool for instability repair, is called SUTUREFIX ULTRA.

The deployment of the anchor is more dependable, reproducible and less reliant on bone density, because the anchor construct develops itself against the steel inserter rather than the cortical layer, as with competing soft anchors.

  • When deployed, the anchor provides audible, tactile, and visual clues. Deployment is accomplished by pushing back on the trigger until the “click” is felt and heard, indicating successful deployment into the bone. Drill guide windows give another visual layer of assurance for anchor placement and drilling depth.

The advantages of this anchor include:

  • Produces more than twice the pullout strength6 compared to the top two competing hard anchors
  • Small diameter and shallow insertion depth enable placement of multiple implants along the glenoid rim, creating a large, evenly distributed surface area of tissue compression for improved tissue-to-bone contact.
